We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. If an item is returned in used, damaged, incomplete condition, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
